A New Season of Leadership at Shepherd Christian School
We are excited to announce a new chapter of leadership at Shepherd Christian School! Two familiar and faithful members of our school community, Mr. Robbie Hill and Mr. Andy Montoya, are stepping into new roles this year. Mr. Hill will serve as our Principal, and Mr. Montoya will step in as our Vice Principal.
Both Mr. Hill and Mr. Montoya have already made a lasting impact as beloved elementary teachers at SCS. Their heart for the Lord, deep love for students, and commitment to Christian education have been evident in every classroom lesson, hallway conversation, and schoolwide event.
Mr. Hill, a Marine Corps veteran, pastor, and experienced educator, has dedicated his life to serving God and others. With a background in ministry, seminary training from Liberty University, and years of experience teaching special needs and at-risk students, he brings strong leadership and a shepherd’s heart to his new role as Principal.
Mr. Montoya, a devoted follower of Christ, husband, and father, holds a degree from Veritas Baptist College and is completing his Master’s in Biblical Counseling. He is passionate about building a Christ-centered culture where students are equipped with a biblical worldview and nurtured through positive, engaging relationships.
We are incredibly grateful for their continued service in this new season and confident that God will use their leadership to guide Shepherd Christian School into an exciting future. Please join us in celebrating and praying for Mr. Hill and Mr. Montoya as they step into these important roles!
