We are thrilled at the faculty and staff which God has assembled at Shepherd Christian School.  Seeking teachers with a true shepherd's heart, our team has been called to minister, mentor and academically prepare the next generation for high school so our students can be confident in Christ as they pursue whatever God calls them to do.

All lead teachers have Bachelor's degrees and many are pursuing or have completed Master's degrees. At the start of each year our staff completes over 40 hours of professional training together, followed by ongoing professional development throughout the year through required reading and further in-person training both in-house and from other experts in the field.

Our administrative team seeks to support and further build up our teachers through ongoing in-class observations, regular meetings, and frequent check-ins. In these first years we are seeking to build the foundation for a flourishing, positive school culture that is centered on a team approach.  We are pleased to introduce you to our team!
